Business Class Broadband

ITNETUK broadband is a business class broadband with an improved 7 – 1 contention, the reduced contention is very important to the overall performance of the service, most ADSL providers use 40 - 1 or even 50 – 1 contention ratios.

 Our broadband is not connected to the same part of the telephone exchange as the normal broadband referred to as LLU keeping us away from the area’s of the exchange with the highest number of problems this you will appreciate can be an advantage as well.

The route our broadband takes to the end destination can be less then half the route from other normal ADSL broadband.

We charge £40 connection charge to connect to our broadband service and from then on our monthly charge for our multi Max Plus service is £39.99 this gives you up to six static IP addresses for free.

One of the other main advantage of our business class broadband is that we can monitor and control usage levels to reduce problems before they become a problem, we also have an online control system to directly connect to BT engineers for fault diagnostic and the escalation a jobs to an engineer to resolve problems as quickly as possible.
